Our Team

Several times a year, our team — Dr Michael Golenhofen, Julian Cowan Hill and Paola Tedde — comes together to provide a group of just 12 people affected by tinnitus with a unique blend of medical, practical and therapeutic holding to help your nervous system, ears and spirit find peace.

The focus of our 1-week retreat will be learning how to slow down, find your midline, deepen into stillness and develop a greater sense of well-being and safety.

DR MICHAEL GOLENHOFEN

has a PhD in Clinical Immunology and has practiced as an ENT surgeon and GP in Germany. He specialises in Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Osteopathy, Shamanism and Traditional Chinese Medicine integrating both ancient and modern techniques of medicine in his “4myear Tinnitus Centre” in Munich, Germany.

JULIAN COWAN HILL

JULIAN COWAN HILL

is a UK-trained Craniosacral Therapist and Psychotherapist based in London. He has published books on how to deal with tinnitus, after he succeeded to heal his own severe tinnitus symptoms after two decades with Craniosacral Therapy.

He made it his mission to provide support for people worldwide and manages the Quieten app https://www.quietenapp.com.

He has practiced Buddhist meditation for 33 years.
With techniques he developed in clinical practice he will help you let go of tinnitus.

PAOLA TEDDE

PAOLA TEDDE

is a London-trained Craniosacral Therapist who studied Vocal and Operatic Studies as well as Vocal and Repertoire Coaching at the Universität der Künste Essen/Duisburg in Germany. With three decades of experience in this field, she also created and patented SoundshellTM, a system which successfully uses sound to promote personal well-being.

She has a similarly long experience in body work, especially Kinomichi, and currently works in Cagliari, Sardinia. Her gentle yet deep somatosensory body work together with breath and voice exercises, will help ground you in body-based awareness and settle your nervous system.
